We welcome any feedback so if you would like to pay us a compliment or make a complaint or if you just have a problem understanding something we have done, please let us know so we can address the problem.

Our staff are experienced in providing finance, if you feel we have failed in anyway we would like to sort it out.

  • Your first step would be to discuss your complaint with the person who was your first point of contact in our company.  Please see "Contact K-Finance".
  • If you're still not 100% satisfied, please contact the complaints manager at info@sfl.co.nz.
  • If this does not address your complaint fully, Southern Finance Limited is a member of the Insurance & financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme), an external disputes resolution scheme for our industry.  This independent body is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.  Complaints to IFSO need to meet a certain criteria.  Click here to visit the IFSO website
